What results can I expect to see from coming to BPM?

This will totally depend on how hard you’re willing to work, and the commitment you put in! That being said, you can expect to trim unwanted inches and pounds and feel stronger. Furthermore, your mood will improve, and you will have lasting energy throughout your day. Most importantly, you will gain the self-confidence that is earned when you treat your body with love and respect!

How often do I need to come into Boot Camp to see results?

If your schedule and body allows, coming in 3-4 times a week is recommended.

What if I’m injured?

This will depend on the severity of your injury, but our coaches are able to modify any exercise for you. We can also give you a different exercises altogether!

Do you have showers?

Yes, our washrooms are fully equipped with showers and hair dryers. You can feel free to shower after your workout. Just bring your towel!

Is there a gym etiquette that I need to follow?

I’m so happy you asked this question! Yes, the single most important thing is to be kind to yourself and be kind to others. We ask that you bring clean indoor shoes, a towel, water bottle. Things can get pretty intense here, so you may need to bring an extra sweat towel as well!
