Our Purpose

We help individuals find deeper, more meaningful connections with themselves and their community — getting fit and losing weight is the cherry on top! We act out our purpose on a daily basis by encouraging members to engage in exercise, mindfulness, and self-love.

Our Philosophy

More than a gym, BPM Fitness is a community passionate about bettering bodies, boosting consciousness, and strengthening hearts through exercise, mindfulness, and self-love.

Self-love is about feeling at home in your own skin: it’s the way you connect with yourself and the way you move through and experience your environment. Self-love is what drives successful nutrition plans, fitness routines, strength training, fat loss, and healthy habits. At BPM, we are dedicated to self-love; to showing it, exercising it, growing it, and spreading it.

Our Positions

We use exercise, mindfulness, and self-love to believe, guide, utilize, and live our truth, each and every day.

  • We believe that optimal health and wellness is achieved together; we exercise together, move our bodies together, burn calories together, and embark on journeys of rejuvenation, renewal, and revitalization together.
  • We guide workouts that are more than physical: they’re emotional, spiritual, focused on self-love, and rooted in community.
  • We utilize fitness as an avenue to help individuals bulletproof their bodies, rejuvenate their spirits, and warm their hearts.
  • We live out our philosophy in everything we do, by starting and ending each day with purpose.
Our Pillars

We act on our positions on a daily basis by encouraging our members to be kind to themselves, committed to their personal growth, open to learning new lessons and techniques, and excited to have fun with their experience.

  • Kindness: Be kind to yourself. Trust us: the less you judge yourself and the easier you are on yourself, the more you’ll enjoy yourself and your journey. Don’t take yourself too seriously… we sure don’t!
  • Growth: Introduce yourself to your coach and at least one member of the BPM community. This way you’ll get to know the people who are sweating and working their butts off alongside you!
  • Learning: Allow your coach to demonstrate the warm-up sequence and guide you through the exercises prescribed. Be open to learning new movements and be sure to ask questions!
  • Enjoyment: Have fun! Enjoy the workout. Enjoy the sweat on your forehead. You’ve earned it. Work hard now, so you can rest hard later.
