A Fitness & Yoga studio unlike any other. We believe in longevity and pain-free living.

We believe that everyone deserves to be healthy, happy, and strong. Humans are living longer and longer, but we’re not getting healthier- we’re actually getting sicker largely due to lack of movement, lifestyle and good nutrition. So, while our life-span is increasing, our health-span is decreasing. We’re in the business of increasing your health-span. This may look like getting stronger, losing weight, feeling more confident, being able to run up stairs, and being able to play with your kids or grandkids without getting winded.

We’re not about quick-fixes and fad diets. In our experience, consistent progress made over a long period of time, and practicing healthy habits, is what makes for long-lasting changes. Sustainable change is our culture.

Breathing is life

In our group and private training classes, we incorporate breathwork and breathing exercises into each experience. Many of us haven’t been taught how to breathe properly. We breathe through our mouths instead of our noses. We breathe into our chests instead of deeply into the belly. Breath is life. At BPM, we incorporate the breath because of the benefits, increase strength, sleep better, and more energy. It all starts with breathing. Try it now! Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds, and out through your nose for 4 seconds. How did that feel?


We all take life way too seriously.

We could all benefit from more play and more fun. Life happens, we get older, we go to college and we get real jobs. Somewhere along the way we forget to sing, dance, and play.

Fitness is no different. We sometimes take fitness too seriously. We obsess about the numbers on the scale, calories or the amount of weight we can lift. We get down when we don’t have a great workout.

We believe that fitness can be FUN! And we celebrate everyone when they come in for a class. Sure, we measure progress, but fitness and yoga aren’t life-or-death scenarios. So we cheer you on, we give hi-fives and fist-bumps, we make jokes, and we laugh at ourselves- and our mistakes. We bring the element of Play into our Fitness and Yoga.


Movement is medicine

The human body is designed to move. We need daily movement to feel good and have energy. Our hips and shoulders love movement. Our spine likes to move. Everything in our body works better when there’s movement.

There are many ways to move our bodies. At BPM, Fitness & Yoga are collaborative modalities of movement that can make you stronger, give you more energy, help you lose weight, and give you a greater sense of connection to yourself.
